  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At Myer Shop, we take pride in crafting premium Australian garments with meticulous attention to detail. We extend this same commitment to excellence to our returns process, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our menswear collections.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Knitwear & Sweaters – Due to the intimate nature and delicate construction of these garments
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Myer Shop purchase:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Returns Request Template to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – Refunded to your card account
  • PayPal – Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item or a defective product.

International Returns

International returns are accepted following the same policy guidelines. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
